Pisara bathroom furniture comes with a 20-year product warranty: 10 years automatically, plus an additional 10-year extended warranty when you register your product. You can activate the extended warranty by completing the form on this page.

Terms of the Extended Warranty
The extended warranty is activated when the product or products are registered in Pisara’s online service.
- The warranty must be activated within one month of delivery of the product.
- On registration, we collect the owner’s contact details for warranty handling, customer service and any product and safety notices.
- We do not share the data with third parties or use it to market other companies’ products.
- The extended warranty requires marketing consent. By registering the product, the user consents to Pisara’s direct marketing and other communications and accepts the terms of the extended warranty.
- We may also send short customer surveys to help us develop our products and service; responding to them is part of the terms of the extended warranty.
- We may use customer feedback in our marketing, for example on our website and in brochures.
- We never publish names or contact details together with customer feedback without separate permission.
- Marketing consent may be withdrawn and deletion of data requested at any time, but the extended warranty then ends and the 10-year product warranty remains in force for the furniture.
