OPDECO Oy (Business ID: 2158850-1, address: Tammiston Kauppatie 27, FI-01510 Vantaa, Finland) sells products to businesses and individuals of age in Finland and Sweden. These terms of delivery are applied to purchases of products made through our online store and other similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery enter into force on 1 January 2023. We may change our terms of delivery occasionally, so please review these terms in advance each time you purchase products from our online store.
Product and Product Prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented alongside the description of each product. As we reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees, you should review said prices in your shopping cart before you submit the order.
The VAT of a product is determined based on the client’s country. Prices are presented by default in the online store inclusive of the general Finnish VAT rate of 24%. If the VAT rate of the delivery country differs from this, the actual VAT will be indicated in the cart and during checkout.
Any delivery fees charged for an order depend on the purchased product (for example, weight and packaging), the chosen method of delivery, and the delivery address. Delivery fees are added automatically to the order total during checkout once you have specified the delivery address.
Purchasing and Agreement
You can purchase products from the website of our online store by placing products into the shopping cart, confirming your order, and paying the price of the products in the cart using a payment service. When you make purchases in our online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with the terms of delivery in force at each time and undertaken to comply with them. You understand that an order that has been approved by you and confirmed by us is, except for what is mentioned below regarding the right of withdrawal, binding and together with these terms of delivery forms an agreement between you and us.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which means that you should provide a valid email address when placing an order. The order confirmation also confirms your payment method of choice.
Delivery Method and Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times within the EU depend on your order and delivery method. Further information regarding the delivery time is provided alongside product information.
The seller is responsible for the product during delivery. If a product has been damaged during delivery, please notify the seller of the damage promptly.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
As a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from the contract by notifying us of your withdrawal within 14 days of having received the goods or the final shipment of goods, or in the case of regular delivery of goods the first shipment of goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to unused and uninstalled products, and any returned products must be in their original packaging and properly packed for the return delivery.
The rights of exchange and return do not apply to made-to-measure products, such as our Custom product range and products to which modifications differing from the basic features of the product range have been made. Read more about the Restriction of the Right of Return here.
Other Information on Orders and Deliveries
Certain products, such as all Pisara bathroom furniture, are manufactured on order. The delivery time of a product made to order may be extended by issues regarding the availability of materials or manufacturing. If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, there is reason to suspect that an order will be delayed, or an order cannot be completed, we will notify you of the situation as soon as possible by email.
Inspection of the shipment, Defects and Problems
Please inspect the delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product has gone missing or been damaged during transport or is otherwise nonconformant with your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days so that we can agree on the rectification of the situation or possible compensation. A defective product may not be installed in any way. With regard to defects, we comply with the mandatory regulations of the Consumer Protection Act concerning the liability for defects in consumer transactions.

Restriction of Liability
Opdeco Oy shall not assume responsibility for any indirect, direct, or other damage related to or resulting from an order, delivery, or product or the installation of a product except insofar as a mandatory regulation provided by the Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law stipulates otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Any disputes arising from your order will primarily be resolved through mutual agreement, so please contact our Customer Service so that we may settle the issue.
If a dispute arising from a contract of sale cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter to be decided by the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/). Before bringing a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should first contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/).
